Horrible experience. For the most part documentation isn't accurate, which plays a vital role when another provider without expertise takes over. Does not offer gene-sight testing, therefore you're gambling with your mental health even more. Last, had no idea it was even legal to get a DSM-5 diagnosis without testing. From my perspective (highly bias) which leads to wrongful diagnosis and wrong medication. Baffled at the system, sadden by the professional and sadden by the poor charting.

I was in the one down town during a mental health crisis in 2020. It was hard at the time but as I started healing I realized how lucky I was to be in their care. The nurses were absolutely wonderful and well trained. Good doctors too. I’m so much better today because of the help they gave me. Coming up 4 years sober from marijuanna. And in sound mind. Thank you guys so much!

Emily is so nice and caring. I really feel like she listens and understands everything that I am going through. I hope she stays forever. Thanks Emily for all you do.

Dr Pathak was my doctor for about a year or so, I was prescribed seroquel LONG BEFORE I ever met him. However, recently I have moved to Colorado, and he is now DENYING A SEROQUEL REFILL. If you dont know what seroquel is, it's a strong SSRI, and if stopped cold turkey, it can cause withdrawal symptoms similar to heroin. With how long I've been taking seroquel for, if I stop cold turkey, I could have seizures, or worse, a stroke. I haven't gotten insurance yet in my current state of residency due to some personal issues, but even with this situation, he is still denying my medication. Not to mention, during every single therapy session, he was extremely pushy, belittling, and NOT understanding in any way shape or form. Dr pathak is the worst psychiatrist I've ever had. If he's your Dr, run. And never go back. Find a better one.

Dr. Pathek is a awesome doctor. Yes I know he has UNNEEDED HATE people need to shut up, he's a caring and amazing doctor, but he saved my sleep situation. When I was 1 year old, I got taken in for my first year shots and after that EVERYTHING shut down from my voice all the way to my sleep. I could've gone on without sleep for days, but after we saw this helpful and caring man he got me to sleep again. (People, your blind, he's a awesome doctor and NO ONE can tell me different.)

Had an appointment with my daughter today. Receptionist and nurse were all very kind and helpful. It wasn’t until we had a conference call with Dr. Pathak he was rude, belittling, pushy and down played a very serious situation! Didn’t feel like we got anywhere! Very unprofessional will not meet with him again! We have been waiting MONTHS to be seen very very dissapointing! Hopefully they can get us into see someone else with better bed side mannerism and respect or we find someone else!
