Dr. Keith Forkin is amazing! I had a blown disc in my lower back that just wouldn’t heal. After 7 months of terrible sciatica in both legs and almost constant severe lower back pain I finally asked my primary for a referral to PT as a last ditch. During my first visit, Dr. Keith guaranteed he would have me back to 100%. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Prior to this I was looking up surgical costs and complete lifestyle changes with dread. I was skeptical of course, but Dr. Keith was very confident and determined which was reassuring. Progress was slow at first, which is to be expected. Dr. Keith was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to ask about my concerns and explain why we were doing the things we were doing. He genuinely cared. After 3 months of following his treatment plans I could pick my kids up again AND lay flat on my back. That might not sound like much, but for me that was HUGE. The pain was finally gone and I got my life back. Thank you Dr. Keith Forkin. You are truly a blessing.

I had to pay almost $500 for 30 minutes of incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for physical therapy.

I cannot thank Dr. Bruce Belland enough for helping me with my horrible sciatica pain. The first thought in my mind was to take it easy; however, Dr. Belland got me moving and that was definitely the key. After several appointments (and a lot of work doing the exercises at home - DON'T SKIP THIS - IT IS KEY!), I am back to my old self. Pain meds and surgery are last resorts for me. Physical therapy truly works and Dr. Belland is a high-energy guy who is very motivating!

Great care by all the staff - schedulers, front staff, nursing, Dr. Toman, and even the billing folks! Each person seems committed to quality and, as a team, they truly have gone above and beyond.

The therapists and staff are helpful and friendly! I can not thank Jamie, my therapist enough for her patience and empathy as we went through my therapy. I have not been there for some time do to time constraints but plan to begin again in December. This place gave me energy and strength! Something I had been missing for a long time. Thank you!
