After my 6 month old was diagnosed with torticollis we enrolled him in New Vistas early intervention program. After a 2 month intake process we were told by them that they had no physical therapists to help him right now, and the wait would be months. In a bit of a panic I called Santa Fe Therapy Assoc and they put me right at ease telling me that my son would be high priority. He was seen just a week later by Jean who was incredible! We have seen Jean weekly for the last 3+ months and have seen the best progress. Jean has always met Gabrael where he is that day and educated us so much on what we can do at home to continue his care and progress. We really look forward to our appointments as they are always so fun, finding new toys and tools to help him with the help of Jean. We will forever be grateful for this experience with them

We went here with my daughter during Covid and had the BEST experience for years. With my son, it’s been completely different. We are on a waitlist for months; I’ve called multiple times and told it will be 4-6 weeks (repeatedly). I called again today and was told we are 39th on the waiting list. I understand this is not their fault but I’ve called MULTIPLE times and not once did anyone tell me the number we were. The standard answer was 4-6 weeks. In reality the wait is probably more 6 months to a year which is CRITICAL time when you have a small child. If I would have known, I would have sought therapy in Albuquerque. More transparency is needed with the wait lists.

When we first reached out, we were informed that there would be a 6 to 9-month wait before we could secure an appointment. While we anticipated a wait, we didn't expect it to be that long. To our pleasant surprise, we were able to get an appointment in just 3 months! Our experience has been exceptional! Our daughter has made remarkable progress in just a few months, thanks to our amazing therapist. Even though the virtual format comes with its own challenges, especially for a 5-year-old with a lot of energy, we were given great tips and tricks that have become part of our daily routine. We are forever grateful for the time, effort, and flexibility that Jalyn has shown. She is truly incredible at what she does, always going above and beyond. Miss Jalyn, if you’re reading this, know that the Fernandez family deeply appreciates everything you’ve done for us!

Therapy solutions have been extremely beneficial in the progress of my daughter’s ACL healing. All the staff have been so supportive and amazing. I highly recommend for all your therapy needs!!

Office clean, friendly environment. Kindra (speech therapist) was informative and went above and beyond to understand my daughter’s needs and to give her the care we have been looking for many years . Sad to say our journey started when she was a baby at “other offices”. We never had answers till we were referred one last time by her orthodontist to Santa Fe Therapy Associates . Kindra figured out her needs and gave the right tools to help her sleep better at night! Only took 18+ years to get our questions answered - We finally have a solution and we couldn’t be more happier. Staff has always been welcoming for each appointment plus waiting times were never long !

I've worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years, and I've rarely encountered a clinic as kind as Santa Fe Therapy Associates. Their admin staff is always on top of scheduling and billing; their therapists are caring and attentive; and their director is very responsive and receptive. I highly recommend coming here--you and your family will receive the help you need all while feeling appreciated and respected!

My daughter has been going to SFTA for over seven years. The entire staff (therapists and administrative) have been excellent. My daughter looks forward to going to PT, OT, and Speech - really! We have formed trusting relationships with the team there and their guidance has been invaluable. It is a safe place for my daughter to be herself, receive treatment, learn, and play.
