I was very impressed to participate in one of the truck or treat activities sponsored by Santiago and Friends. The event was safe, well organized and offered activities for all ages. Best of all, it was completely free and provided a welcoming, secure environment for everyone. The warmly welcome everyone from the community who stop by and the organizer was very friendly.
Santiago and Friends is a place where children are the stars and the priority at all times. The staff is dedicated, charismatic, and committed to excellence. As parents, we are always welcomed and treated with the utmost care.

Ok, so my son is 20 yrs old and he is non verbal and Autistic. He does not attend this facility (thank God), but I was in my appt next door to this facility and not only myself noticed, but another patient was inquiring as to why all these children were screaming there heads off!!! They were screaming and screaming and it seemed like they were being ignored and no one was trying to console them. I hope whatever families bring their children to the facility on Oak St try to find someplace else because I don’t know what they’re doing to those children in there. Such a shame
I was a big advocate for this place for many years. There are some therapist there that genuinely care for the well being of the children and there are some who just don't even deserve to have a position in this place. Administration is horrible! If you are looking for a safe place for your child, The Orlando location is definitely not that place! The Owner and the BCBA.... I'm just going to leave it at that. Please don't bring your babies here!
Santiago & Friends has been a very important asset for my grandson's improvement and for our little family. I will be forever grateful to this Autism center for everything they've done for him and all that has been accomplished throughout these years.Thank you all for your dedication and hard work to better our kids' lives.
