Can't even begin to describe how undertrained and unprofessional they are! Had a supervisor compare her having 3 kids as more difficult than having my one autistic, ODD daughter! Bragged on how much better of a mother she must be and was confused as to why I needed respite care! Horrible, made my child hate and not trust therapists!
Terrible! Inconsistent therapy sessions. Either they don’t show up or they are late or leave early. The supervisor is the worst. She never checks up on her staff and when you have an issue she responds rudely! It’s a waste of time and effort! Terrible again!
Therapist is great but have yet to meet my son’s BCBA. I think it maybe un ethical for this
