Maybe there's times when I don't have the best fit with someone, but generally everyone I talked to did care and tried their best

Very rude when I called to reschedule an appointment.

2 days in a row I was harassed by an individual that works for Sea mar. And I confronted him and some older bald head guy decided he wanted to join this childish game and he too was very unprofessional. Basically I would not recommend anybody come to this place all it seems to be is a unprofessional childish games and they like to harass people for no reason other than for personal pleasure. I did nothing to this guy he took it upon himself to bother me 2 days in a row because I was parked in a motorhome legally on the street near sea mar. They must not have anything better to do like work or anything I don't know what they get paid to do here but obviously they don't have work. They like to find other stuff to occupy their time like harassing people for their personal pleasure.. They have no respect for Veterans nor for the wounded. They both are a disgrace.. A total waste of air.

Marquez and Deanna are such wonderful people who work there. They go out of there way to be kind and helpful to the patients.

Front desk receptionist are so rude!!! How they still have jobs are crazy hire people who are willing to help not be rude and get an attic when you ask for information. Simply sad I feel sorry for the people that call the Everett location because whoever is answering the phones are rude and don’t help

It’s extremely hard to get an appointment here. The earliest appointments they have are 9am and latest are 4pm, Monday through Friday. In what world does that work for people with jobs? The only reason for two stars is the clinician that helped me during my intake assessment was caring and compassionate. The rest of the staff is as caring as emergency room staff when you’re having a mental health crisis (iykyk). Stay clear of this place.

Was released from a behavioral health clinic and was told to go to sea mar. After being told they wouldn’t take my state insurance I was told to pay a sliding scale. I went to my first appointment at the Everett location. The staff was rude which is normal for these kinds of places. They took down all my info and set me up for another appointment. The next appoint was my first therapy appointment which the therapist asked me basic questions.The next appointment I was scheduled they canceled the appointment saying I had to wait another 2 weeks… after that I was able to get on a zoom meeting (which is really uncomfortable when discussing personal matters.) after on an off changing and cancellations of my appointments I went off my medications. They also only have one prescriber and I was able to set up an appointment after 2 months. Any ways the staff is really rude and disrespectful and manipulative to not only me but to my mother. I’m pretty sure they broke the terms of the ROI (request of information) because the were talking about my appointments to my mother who wasn’t on the ROI.

I am writing this for my family member. The front desk is little to no help as they are more interested in their "Plenty of Fish" profiles, and yes I saw the phone screen as they ignored me standing there in front of them for about 3 minutes until one of the Hispanic ladies finally looked and pretended like she hadn't seen me standing there. The therapists are a joke. My family member has been bounced between 3 therapists in the last 6 -8 months as the turn-over rate at seamar must be extremely high. It has been over 3 months since they were last seen. Then, out of the blue, my family member gets a call from a woman who barely spoke English asking if she still wanted services. It took almost the whole phone call before she announced she was the new therapist taking over her case. The medications provided are barely called in to the pharmacy at correct intervals. Usually my family member is down to their last day of pills, or possibly past the last day before they actually get the prescription to the pharmacy. The great thing is that most of the meds need to be taken daily top avoid the adverse side affects that could potentially kill my family member. If you can get mental health help anywhere else I would advise it as these people don't care about their patients, rather the money they get from keeping them in constant turmoil.
