Searcy Eye Care and Vision Therapy Center

I usually love this place and the people. However I have been a few times where its taken hours because they over book. There is no reason people is still in the waiting room hasnt even been called back an hour after the appointment time. Especially when you have waited weeks for the appointment.

This eye care clinic has a phenomenal group of technicians that are full of heart and life! They are very thorough and they care about each and every patient!!!

I took two of my grandchildren to eye therapy, traveling from Batesville. I entered eye therapy myself. All three of us have seen a stabilization of our prescription and my grandson has been able to overcome a total deficit of being able to read. I cannot be thankful enough for the eye care they provide!

Searcy Eye care is the best eye clinic I have been to in Arkansas. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and caring. They never rush and make you feel like whatever eye concerns you are having are addressed. Dr. Westfall has the best patient care and is thorough in her exams. I highly recommend using this Searcy Eye Care for all your eye needs.

Sent my daughter there for new glasses since she broke hers. Wait time to get in as a new patient was long, but we booked anyway for 4/17 and missed it, but got it rescheduled for 4/26. She ordered new glasses that day and weeks later they are still not here. They are "RUSHING" to get them done, but this is ridiculous. Today is 4/23 and we probably won't have them till next week sometime. 5 weeks is WAY TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR GLASSES.

6 weeks and still waiting for a pair of safety glasses. Was told it would be 2 weeks. No call. Called to check on them. Then was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks. Called at 4 weeks to find out that they never checked to see if the lab got the fax. Now I checked at 6 weeks to find out the lab can't get the frames in a timely manner. STILL WAITING. Went to Walmart to get my regular prescription. They told me a week. Took them 5 days.
