added gratuitous charges to bills and a couple of fraudulent ones as well. don't have the energy to fight it due to recent family tragedy so we paid them rather than get dragged into a battle with their accounting department. a disappointment overall.

We have been going to Skills for Life for over a year now. Our son really enjoys going and has gained quite a few skills. They are well equipped with multiple rooms and a fun gym. Good communication and friendly staff. It is also a fun location to walk around and grab a coffee while you wait

We just received a bill yesterday for $1489.80. This is the penalty for opting to stop the madness with this business. We knew we agreed to two months' notice but we had no idea the reason is likely due to customer dissatisfaction due to poor business practices. We had hoped for twice a week therapy for a 3-6-month duration, but could not even get once a week therapy. When we expressed concern, the owner told us that our WE had gone on vacation twice when our therapist could have been available. What? I had a school for ~20 years from 1996-2013, and my business would have FAILED had I run it like this org. It is just terrible. I gave it two stars because when our OT would show up, our son generally liked her energy and we got two "executive function" sessions where we felt like something had registered socially with our kiddo. Unless you like lack of continuity of care, an owner/manager who blames clients for staffing and admin problems, I would recommend staying away from this biz. Bad biz. Bad taste.
