Seeds of new beginnings has been a great help for me mentally I was referred too them by my doctor and I'm glad she did, I'm in a better space mentally thank you all and keep doing what you are doing rather you see it know the impact it does.

Seeds of New Beginnings offers one on one virtual and in person therapy. The setting is private and has a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere. My therapist has literally changed my life. She listens attentively before she analyzes to provide feedback. Her strategies and years of experience in the field has given her the expertise to counsel according to each individual. I give 5 stars.

When I tell you this has been the best therapy sessions I ever had and will continue to have. When I came in I was tore with postpartum depression and grieving. These past few weeks I have been feeling so much better and getting myself together! I will definitely recommend them to everyone because we all need it and it’s nothing wrong having someone to help and guide you through a life journey seeds of new beginnings is the right place to be, you will feel welcome and comfortable no matter what
