Select Physical Therapy

Experience with John has been exceptional. I don’t believe it’s the therapy but I have been extremely sore after do therapy. I do not feel that any of my pain has gone away. The pain has been excruciating to where I am getting headaches. Again I do not believe it is the therapy I believe it’s just the nature of whatever is wrong in my neck. Thanks!

The facility itself is good, the people that work there are AMAZING but just like the poster below me, their billing company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I have almost the exact same story as John's review. I kept getting told I had an outstanding bill but it was for a bill that I had already paid in full. After repeated attempts to get a hold of their billing company to inform them that it had already been paid and getting nowhere, I stopped trying and thought they'd have to figure it out eventually and correct it, right? Nope, here we are 6 months after my last visit and I just got a letter in the mail from a collection agency for the same bill that I've already paid! I have STELLAR credit and the fact that this could wrongfully impact what I've worked so hard to maintain is infuriating.

Samantha is a very caring and gentle person, and it shows in her role as a Physical Therapist. She really helped get me started on my physical recovery from covid. 5 thumbs up!
