Sendan Center

Sendan Center is an organization for your kiddos. We had an amazing team for a full 6 years. An they did amazing things with an for my daughter. I will always recommend this Aba service. They listen very well to concerns if any. Communication is on point. Just an amazing group of people you won't be disappointed, I promise you that. 💙💚

I just want to give a Huge shout out to the Sendan staff that helped my autistic daughter through her ups and her downs. They always paid close attention to her wants and needs. And most importantly, they paid attention to the parents. We so very much appreciated that. They all worked very hard to keep our daughter motivated each day even with many hurdles. Thank you Sara White and the staff at Sendan. We appreciate you all!! I would recommend them to anyone seeking services for mental health, aba, and autism services.

We had several months of appointments with Dr. Harle for our teenage son, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Dr. Harle's interactions with my son were often inappropriate and unprofessional. He would provoke my son and communicate in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a therapeutic session. After a verbal escalation in his office, where my son was clearly dysregulated, Dr. Harle failed to provide the necessary support and refused to see him at his office going forward. Additionally, he wrote a letter recommending my son for residential care without conducting a full evaluation, based only on a few brief visits that primarily involved checking my son's vitals and surface-level check-ins. This recommendation appeared to be made hastily in an emotional moment, which is unprofessional for a doctor. We were then forced to see him at my son's pediatrician’s office, which was incredibly inconvenient. We could never get in touch with Dr. Harle directly, and every time we called his office for appointments or follow-up information, we were passed between multiple staff members who knew nothing about him or how to schedule. We also faced consistent communication issues through the Portal. Throughout our visits, we felt mistreated and uncared for. Dr. Harle lacked compassion and validation for my son’s struggles, often focusing on his misbehaviors instead of addressing the underlying trauma. To make matters worse, he repeatedly told us that we could "fire him" during appointments, which was discouraging and unhelpful. We deeply regret seeking care from Dr. Harle and would not recommend him to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have left a review long ago but suffice to say that Harle misdiagnosed my child causing only further trauma and recommended he be sent to a private military boarding school. The exact opposite of what was needed. Finally got a correct diagnosis and treatment but in children’s lives time matters and time was wasted with this place and Harle and damage was caused we cannot get that time back. Stay away from there as you can see from the employee reviews it’s bad. There is a lot more I can say but just stay away from these toxic people.

Sendan has changed our family and school life forever!! We are so lucky to have this wonderful group of people working with our family. I've been told by many teachers and people in our community that we are very lucky to be with Sendan. The staff go above and beyond helping us and making sure needs are meant. We highly recommend Sendan!!

Have been bringing kids to Sendan Center for 7 years. They are amazing. The difference in the first child within the first few months was like night and day. I am so in awe of the difference they make in kids lives. Thank you to everyone at the center.
