This place does not care about their clients called this morning to see why no one has reached out to me since I’m eligible for Medicare and I get transferred to a office in Portland where no one bothers answering the phone it’s their way of not wanting to deal with you when you call by transferring your call out of the area.
I would give him zero because they don't do any good and they don't help anybody at least they're not helping me

Scary place. It was suggested that I go there to get help with some paperwork. But the place has some INTENSE security in place. Gotta have an appointment, and you'd better have your ID with you. Kept waiting for the SWAT team to show up while I was checking in and asking for help. Okay - in spite of this the receptionist was awesome, and once I was cleared then I did receive lots of good advice (including don't come to this building for help, unless summoned) and resource info.
