Very good experience with my child, we have 4 years and he can speak now .

I am super grateful to have found this office. My son started attending speech and OT around 2, and he’s almost 4 now. The progress I have seen in him Is amazing. He’s more attentive, reading books with little help, and talking A LOT more. The Therapists are patient and dedicated, and my son loves going. After each session, I am always provided with a detailed update on what goal was worked on and how my son did during that session. I also get pointers on how I can work with him at home to ensure maximum results. Thank you for providing a safe learning environment for my son to flourish!

Super happy with the sensory kids most important my son has advanced so much from day one to today. therapist Jenice has been super patient and helpful , facility is always clean.

My son stays with the mom about two hours away. I asked how I can be involved in the post therapy updates to see where my son is. They agreed but stated the sessions for them are booked back to back so there is no time for a phone update afterwards. We agreed on weekly updates via email. They followed up on our agreement once in seven months. When I called to ask about the lack of communication like previously discussed I got an attitude n was told it’s my fault for not calling even though we discussed together why that couldn’t happen) they were to busy). To this day I pay for a service for my child they they refuse to send updates to both parents. I DO NOT suggest them as they don’t follow through with what they promise and refused to Make it right to this day. Therapist might be good but their word should mean something and it doesn’t. I have emails reflecting everything. I don’t know why they are like this. That I found to be unacceptable. I have one update about therapy in over a year.

The staff are very nice and very good with kids.

So thankful for the entire team here , started with them since they were open and they have been truly amazing and caring . They do a difference in my child and family life .

So happy that I decided to put my son in Speech and OT here. The staff are very patient, understanding, and passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure your child succeeds. I have seen an improvement with my son in just the short amount of time we have been there.
