brought my father here for therapy to fix him and when i picked him up he was still broken
This place is unbelievable. I was given an appointment with a psychologist who was supposed to call me and I waited in vain for three hours. When I called at 5pm to find out what's going on I was told that my appointment was moved from the 14th to the 16th between 2 and 5 pm. No one called me to reschedule and the 16th was a repeat of the 14th. No calls. I still do not know what is going on and when I called on the 16th just before 5 pm someone is supposed to investigate and call me back. Today is Tuesday and I have not heard from that place. I am moving and I have never had to deal with such unprofessional and no one who needs any kind of help should be treated like that.
Big place and service is very good and very nice people
