My son has been utilizing their services for over a year and has done telehealth and in-person. His in-person therapist, Julia S., has been a wonderful experience for my son. Routine progress updates, and updates per session on his growth as well as areas of concerns. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Seven Bridges Therapy has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My son was removed from the program without any clear or valid reason. The explanations we were given were false and appeared to be an attempt to cover up errors made by the staff—not anything on our part. To make matters worse, communication has been nonexistent. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages, we received no response. We made every effort to understand what happened and resolve the issue, but were completely ignored. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it affects a child’s development and progress. I would not recommend this speech therapy service to any family seeking reliable care, transparency, or even basic communication.

This review is for ALL of Seven Bridges Therapy. They run a substandard business. When you call the only number on their main website, the automated voicemail asks you to fill out their online form. We did this four times. Someone did return a message the first time and we played telephone tag, leaving a number of detailed voice mails. Someone then texted my husband, asking him to fill out a link, which we did. About a full week later, a rude lady named Davinda, called and scolded us for "filling out the wrong form." (There is only a single form to fill out on their website aside from the other one they texted and asked us to complete.) Davinda said they had nothing in their system, and, "had we filled out the proper form, it would be in their system." Setting aside her finger-pointing, it has been a full 2.5 weeks and we still have no appointment for an assessment. For anyone considering this sub-par outfit, RUN and seek professional support elsewhere. We did. Horrible customer service.

Seven Bridges has been great for my child. We work with Michelle and she has been great in customizing an exact plan to help focus on the areas that my son needs the most development in. We have been working with her for the past year and a half through online visits and she managed to get him to stay focused and engaged, which has been a challenge for him. My son warmed up to her quick which is not an easy thing for him to do and we only meet once a week for 25 minute sessions. The sessions have significantly improved his speech progress and even his teacher at school has noticed a big difference. We look forward to continuing our speech therapy with her and Seven Bridges.

Our first therapist at SBT was not good, but then we were paired with Julia S. She was really wonderful and helped my son to be able to produce the /r/ sound. She communicated well with us and gave us homework to complete each week. She was kind and playful with my son, but had high expectations.
