I was in there office the at 914 broadway louisville and was mistreated, all i was doing was to drop off paperwork, the rude receptionist with a bad attitude, called mcala linsey, shane kininmonth,s thearapist, she came and acused me of creating a big disturbance because i brought down the paperwork for him,i did nothing wrong ,and had my son on the phone speaker whole time when talking to mcala, i was on the list, then mcala wrongfully acused me again, security was never called, nor the police because i did nothing wrong, i reported it to kim dial, who is over that dept on 2nd floor, she did not apoligize for the way i was treated, and spoke to me in an angry tone of voice, kim dial is unprofessional, i would not reccommend anybody deal with these people on the 2nd floor of 914 broadway, it is a bad place, and should be shut down, i do not feel safe in this building because of these inappropriate actions by these unprofessional people, and you know they will take it out on my son because i complained on them, even Cindy Kamer supervisor was inappropriate and had bad behavior when i was at there office trying to drop off information for my son,914 broadway is not a good place to be on tge 2nd floor at seven counties, everybody should look elsewhere for help from these horrible people
Horrible hateful therapist in this facility I got assigned Olson the worst person I have ever met so unprofessional and judging my child went to a different therapist who told my 10 year old to be gay and spoke nothing about her self harming or drug use which we came for. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this place
We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services. They're an acute service which means SHORT TERM. second time, absolutely no help then either, and canceled the evaluation with no warning to us at all. Let me know where I can go where someone actually gives a damn.
I love the therapists for my children. Scheduling could be easier though.
Not good on communication what so ever
Fantastic
