This place is the reason why we opted not to do ABA again until we found a better fit. This is a very late review due to the trauma caused by people leading you around by your nose. You'll never really know when a schedule change happens, not consistently anyway. You're also not allowed to pick what therapist works best for your child. The moment I did....a woman who only was part of a session via zoom 1 time dropped my son under the guise of me "creating an unsafe environment for their therapists by comparing them to others" but I honestly would've left this place the moment we started if that woman was allowed to go around talking to people the way she did when she dropped us. It was absolutely disgusting. This place is not meant for children at all. If you need dog training though your pets would probably thrive in this environment. Choose a different ABA provider, we've been way better for it.

The staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding, most especially our technician Monica. My child has developed and learned so much throughout the journey with Shaping Pathways. Not only has my child become more independent in her behaviors and ADL's , I myself have learned ways to aid and facilitate any needs that my child has.

Very unprofessional my son was very sick and I cancelled a few appointments because of his sickness.Few weeks later there supervisor Tracy called me and said they can no longer see my son mind you she’s new to her Position and has only seen my son once she started saying my son is different when they come out after a missed appointment but has only seen him once.Tracy is unprofessional she makes every excuse why she can’t come out an cover for the therapist when she was unable to make it instead she just called me an said they can no longer see my son and redirected him to iehp this place is shady and when they don’t like you they just get rid of you that’s sad how people only worry about money and not about the children who have special needs or that need the help sad

I don't know who you guys are but coming at me with a phone call and pushing me to just go with your services because we have an autistic child is outrageous. We have a choice in who we choose to help with ABA and this place treated us so cold and call my 2 year old a "client" and called there therapists "technicians".0 I also did some reasurch into the company and see it's just a money grabbing opertunity for the owners. I will not bring my child here to be exploited for cash. Hope you guys fall and pay your therapist more than 18 an hour. They may care more. If you care for your child don't choose a company that looks to do the job as minimal as possible. How dare they do this to parents in need of help. If I could give it negative stars it would be -100
