The care we received on behalf of our daughter was what we needed. The staff communicate regularly and were responsive to our concerns. My only issue was that they could not seem to figure out a way for her to get outside - maintaining staffing ratios was a safety concern. I hope for future residents they’ll figure it out.
Nice facilitie, they were able to stabilize my daughter, with new medication. She was able to call us daily. The only down side is the visiting hours. Only in the evening. We live over an hour away. My husband worked weekends so. It was hard to go see her because of it. After 3pm 270 becomes extremely busy and after long day of work your just tired. She will continue her after care with Shepard Pratt.
