I’m very pleased with the care that we receive at Shining stars. The staff are professional, friendly and always eager to help. The front desk staff are also polite and courteous and do their best to accommodate your schedule and needs.

Not only did she help my 13 month old walk, she also supported his strength and balance. Ruchi went above and beyond! I was extremely overwhelmed when I was told that my little one has torticollis. After several failed attempts to get an initial appointment with a physical therapist, we were told multiple times that our baby has to be on the waitlist from various providers. Not until I find myself and my then 5months old baby at the door of Shining Star Pediatric Therapy, where all our worries were replaced with hopes. We had a wonderful experience at Shining Stars Pediatric Therapy. We came in twice a week seesion and from the very first visit, we felt reassured and supported. A special thanks goes to Ms. Ruchi, our physical therapist, whose warmth, patience, and genuine love for children shone through in every session. She not only provided expert care and tailored exercises to help our baby improve, but also took the time to explain each step so we felt confident continuing the therapy at home. Her gentle approach made our baby feel comfortable and happy, turning what could have been a stressful process into a positive and encouraging journey. We are so grateful for her dedication and the remarkable progress our little one has made. Shining Stars truly lives up to its name, and Ms. Ruchi is a star among them!

We brought our son to Shining Star Physical Therapy when he was 6 weeks old. He was diagnosed with left-sided torticollis and facial asymmetry. As new parents, we were overwhelmed and struggled to find a physical therapist that could evaluate our son as soon as possible. After making several calls to PT offices around the northern VA area, we were relieved when the staff at Shining Star Physical Therapy scheduled our son on short notice despite their full schedule. Our son was seen on a weekly basis and made amazing progress over the past year with Ms. Ruchi. She is incredibly attentive and skilled. She took the time to understand our son’s personality and his specific needs. She is gentle and kept our son engaged and comfortable during his sessions. We greatly appreciate how she educated us during each session so that we understood what areas to work on with him outside of clinic. Our son was able to strengthen his weaker side and his facial asymmetry resolved. Due to the strides he made with Ms. Ruchi, he didn’t have to get a helmet. Her expertise and dedication made a huge difference, and we’re so thankful for the support we received.
