Made an appointment 9 months ago, put a $100 deposit down only to show up and them say that because I didn't fill out paperwork they randomly sent 2 weeks ago wasn't filled out (I get a massive amount of emails and don't see them all) they also said they called and left a voicemail which I never got, they canceled my son's appointment and gave his spot away. So not only am I out a day's pay, 3 hours driving and my son not getting the help he needs, I will be shocked if I get the $100 deposit back. This place is a joke.

Silver Linings provides excellent therapy; however, the front desk operations could be greatly improved. I must admit that I often felt apprehensive about visiting due to the need to interact with the front desk staff, who were frequently rude and condescending. Sadly, we opted to remove our child from services today. I will be following up with my concerns. My hope is that this review initiates talks for progress as opposed to a defensive response. Highly recommend Heather for psychological evaluations and Jenn for speech/language therapy. Both were wonderful to work with. Again, the therapeutics are unmatched, and the clinicians are very accommodating to your individual needs.

My therapist has been and continues to be so helpful in my treatment. Grateful this place exists!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! THEY GIVE DX THAT ARE NOT ACCURATE AND THEN TELL ME I NEED TO CHANGE THERAPIST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AS MY THERAPIST SENT ME JUST FOR TESTING, AND NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO POACH ME!!

This place is not run efficiently, spent alot of money there for testing and many therapy appointments, my son really liked seeing the therapist but quite frankly not alot progress with the issues she was treating him for. She recommended he see a different therapist to address some issues that were outside of her area of expertise but was basically told they were booked and didn’t know when any appointments would be available if I wanted to use my insurance. These types of treatment facilities have moved to alot of therapists who only do self pay which is ridiculous. I have really good insurance and I pay dearly for it so can’t afford thousands of dollars out of pocket, its expensive enough with copayments every two weeks and then when they seem uninterested in providing further services for an established patient, its very concerning. They bleed your insurance for as much money as they can get and then try to force you into self pay if you want appointments in the near future. When I made his first appointment I was told they had nothing available for like 9 months unless I wanted to self pay them they suddenly had something open up when I said I couldn’t afford it. They are completely inflexible about appointments and will double charge you if you don’t pay attention. This place is all about the money not about the patients. Now I have to start all over somewhere else because they basically aren’t interested in providing the services my son needs.

I've never even made it to the building. About 2 years ago I had an appointment with them put down my deposit and was going to be 5 mins late due to traffic (I drove over an hour to get there). They told me I might as well not even come. They have a 15 minute late policy and I was going to be 5. That was after waiting for over a year on their waitlist. Just recently was referred back over there and they want another deposit.

Therapist was amazing, but front office constantly charges your card with no good reason or notice, causing more anxiety and problems. I have wasted over $300 in random unexplained charges at this place, and for a while it was worth it for the therapist but getting random $100 charges in the middle of the day for appointments that their front office staff gave you the wrong time for gets old. I called these people last week to reschedule an appt and they told me two time slots, which I have a witness for, and then charged me and told me I did not show up to the appointment they had scheduled at a completely made up time that I was not even offered. They said there was an email notice sent out at 10PM on Friday, made up an excuse that I read it, when I showed them the email unread I asked if I had called on Monday morning before my appt if that could had changed anything and they said I would’ve still gotten charged $100. Absolutely horrible billing department, and another cog in the money machine. They’ll keep your card on file just so that they can randomly send you charges that have no validity behind them. Then they say there was no written confirmation so you can’t prove anything. This isn’t my first time having an issue either. They refused to use my $100 deposit as a copay until I asked about it before each appointment. What is the point of a copay and “office fee” if you won’t use it? Or take accountability and just say “we gave you the wrong time, we’re sorry” and not dodge my calls, causing me to drive over to get an answer. Horrible. Taking advantage of those looking for help. This is why today’s mental health crisis is so hard to treat.

Breanna is a wonderful speech therapist. She takes excellent care of our daughter and is always flexible with scheduling. She and the entire SLN staff are very accommodating and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about their clients. Strongly recommend.
