Simply Therapy

We absolutely love simply therapy!!! My 6 year old has been with them for 3 years and the amount of progress he has made is remarkable! My 3 yr old started last year. The compassion and patience that everyone there has makes them feel like family!

My son absolutely loves Mrs. Trina he’s so so excited every time he goes! Also he has improved so much just in the about 6 months he’s been there. Everyone there is so nice and helpful! Never want to go anywhere else for my son for speech.

My son has been with simply therapy for over 5 years and the staff is truly amazing!! Ms. Morgan and Mrs. Jordan are the best speech and occupational therapists I've ever met! My son has an unbreakable bond with them both! They are family to us! My son loves them so much looks forward to their visits.They will do anything and everything to help your child succeed!! I don't know what I'd do without them! They are so patient with him and make learning fun! But I know they will always have a special place in our hearts forever! I highly recommend Simply Therapy!! They treat you like family and they do become family!

Once Carm retired this place went down hill. They are now refusing to see my kids after attending for over a year all because a few bad situations that occured recently. My son had a doctor's appointment in another state to see a specialist and then we had a flat tire. We did call and tell them we would not be there except for the last time with the flat tire. They didn't call to discuss the issue. They didn't care to let us know. There was no warning that if we missed again we would not be seen anymore, instead they just sent a letter. They don't care about the kids they treat it's all about money to them. If it were about the children they would have tried to talk to me and warn me that we were getting close to not being allowed back. They could have offered a different time, but they just said they will no longer see my kids.

We had a very poor experience with Simply Therapy. They were not upfront about the costs. They scheduled an evaluation for our child and mentioned nothing about a cost associated with that. They should have told us what the evaluation cost before doing it. After the evaluation they claimed it was $150.00 unless insurance covered it and then it would be $25.00 copay. They charged the $25.00 copay, then charged the additional $150.00 after insurance denied the evaluation. (If the evaluation was $150.00, they should not have charged us $25.00 plus $150.00) To add to the deception, they attempted to charge our insurance $250.00, not the $150.00 they told us. When I called to get clarification about billing in the future, the office assistant that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. We asked that in the future they not perform any services until after they make us aware of the cost. They were either unwilling or incapable of doing so. I can’t not stress this enough. Be very cautious about what you services you agree to before knowing exactly what you will be charged!

Simply Therapy has been great to work with for speech services with two of our sons! We love Ms. Jill and give her lots of praise for helping our son with childhood apraxia, without her hard work with him there is no way he'd be where he is today! Thank you!!!

My son has been receiving help from Simply Therapy for quite some time. The commitment, care, and love that he has received from his therapist is incredible. She is amazing and will always be part of our family.

Simply Therapy has been working with my son for about 5 months and our communication has improved tremendously. When I called and voiced my concern about him talking, they took it seriously from the start. I am grateful to communicate with him without him getting frustrated. If you have concerns about your child at least call and talk to them. It's amazing the difference in my son in such a short time!
