They collaborate closely with other service providers and prioritize neurodiversity affirming goals, creating an environment that feels thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely client centered. It is rare to find an ABA company that gets it right, but Skillful Steps ABA truly stands out. They foster growth, understanding, and a strong sense of trust, making it a place you’ll never want to leave.

The thing I appreciate about Skillful Steps is that they are always trying. Are things perfect? No. But they don't pretend to make things look like they are perfect. Instead, they focus on identifying how to address issues, solve problems, and work together. I have seen several times where they have been proactive in addressing potential issues before they become a problem. I have also seen them be responsive to concerns and problems that weren't caught. That, more than anything else, is the reason I have zero hesitation in giving them 5-stars. Whether your child is receiving services from them that is a recipe for success. I also love that they use assent-based, child-led, and trauma-informed practices. They aren't trying to take these approaches because they are "all the buzz". They are taking these approaches because that is the right thing to do. That is another reason I don't hesitate to drop 5-stars!

I’ve only been connected with Skillful Steps ABA for two weeks, but it has already made such a strong impression on me.
