Terrible operation to send your child for services. I only got along with one RBC. When I spoke up for my child sake in certain matters, they refuse to discuss and passed my concerns off to each other. To the point of the operations manager rudly transferring my daughter's case in the most disrespectful way. I will further report this company also for disrespect and bad behaviors with only BCAs and management. I will have this company investigated.
