We had a very positive experience with Miss Alex who helped my little guy start crawling, standing and walking! My son loved coming to PT every week and thought he was playing games the whole time. The front desk was always so welcoming and said Good morning to my son by name every week.

Really looking forward to going here and seeing the expert staff as everyone we know highly recommends the clinical staff here. They gave out false information on insurance policies. So we are unable to see them. I would be happy to obtain my other alternative insurance purposes, but the referral is through one specific insurance company. Please train your insurance people for the most accurate policies. As a professional in this area of expertise I can tell you with the most up to date. You are losing business by not being educated. It’s a shame as for my son’s disability. He requires ongoing therapy in multiple areas and we live very close to this location. The school staff was very saddened by their referral to this specific clinic and the results as they highly recommended we check you out.

We have loved the speech and occupational therapy services our children have received at Small Talk. The front staff is organized and friendly. The therapists are so sweet, competent and effective, and my kids look forward to their weekly visits.

My son had the pleasure of working with Miss Alex for PT to correct toe walking and we couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve made, but more importantly, she was the 3rd therapist in the valley we’d tried and the only one my son was actually excited to go to each week. She has a way of making the exercises fun and not seem like work. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be back to this office when we need more PT in the future. The front office staff help make this practice run like a well oiled machine and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them about billing/insurance/rescheduling. Very friendly and welcoming. Great office all-around!

This is the best place for therapy! My toddler is nonverbal on the autism spectrum and his therapists are so upbeat and knowledgeable. My younger son and I spend a lot of time in the waiting room and I swear I’ve never seen any of the employees be anything but in great moods and seeming happy to be there! I can tell it must be a fun place to work, the atmosphere is always so welcoming and fun. Between my two sons they have had therapies with Brooke, Jessica, Noel, Megan, and Jen. They are all fantastic! Betsy and Alexis are the most friendly front desk staff, they are very sweet to my toddler who often demands their attention :) Overall a nice clean clinic, super accommodating and with the best staff!

We came to Small Talk on a whim over 3 years ago and are so glad we did. Our 2nd child had a huge speech delay and needed help with not only speech but feeling like he was disappointing his therapist when it was hard. They were so kind and worked so well with him and I am happy to say he just graduated this January. During that time I had twins and realized that one was Autistic. I am so thankful to have Karen in my corner as I began his journey. She quickly got him on her speech schedule, recommended OT which he was able to start soon after, but she also let me ask questions, vent, and ask her advice and has always took the time to help me. We have had the same experience with the other therapist we have seen throughout this journey. I recommend this place to everyone!!! We love Small Talk!!!!
