Well, I was happy with the first dental assistant that did the brushing on my daughter, she’s so nice and gentle with the kids as it should be if you want to keep your patients, but the second dental assistant ruined everything because she was too rough and pushing that scared my daughter and make her cried, she even ripped the side of her lip a bit because she was putting too much pressure to open her mouth and I was very disappointed!You need to be very gentle and kind with kids specially when is their very first treatment . I don’t want she to touch my daughter never again!!!
I love this office every time. Everyone very helpful, friendly and polite. Especially my son he is very happy with all staff.
