SNH Behavior is a great company and Phoebe, the owner, is an amazing BCBA. Our daughter was their client for two years, and our lives were changed by their kindness, expertise, professionalism, and dedication. When we engaged their services, our family was struggling. We didn't know how to help our daughter with her frustration, behaviors, and inability to communicate. Phoebe and her staff came in, observed, collected data, and quickly came up with strategies to address our problems. Phoebe explained what mistakes we were making and helped us change our behavior so that we could help our daughter change hers. She was very forthright about the need for patience and warned us that things would get worse before they got better. But she was also incredibly supportive and encouraging. If we were consistent and persistent, she said, we would see positive results. And we did! The growth in our daughter that we saw over the next two years was phenomenal. We still have challenges, but she has become such an intelligent, kind, and level-headed kid. At every stage along the way, Phoebe was ready to change her approach based on our daughter's progress and our concerns. A particularly important aspect of Phoebe's approach for us was her willingness to provide support in any setting where we needed it, be it at home, in the community, or at our daughter's preschool. Our daughter was able to have experiences that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to give her (like attending a private preschool) and this accelerated her progress and growth. Phoebe is more than a therapist. When we became clients of SNH Behavior, we also gained a strong and tireless advocate for our child, a coach, a cheerleader, and a helping hand. We knew we made the right decision when we saw how everything that they do is guided by their love for children and their job. Our kids' faces lit up when Phoebe or her staff came inside our home, because with them our kids felt safe, respected, and appreciated for who they were. We moved out of the area and so, unfortunately, can no longer get services from SNH Behavior, but we are happy to recommend them to all families looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring ABA service providers.

The journey you take once your child is diagnosed with autism is long and full of ups and downs. Our family has received ABA therapy as well as compassion and love from BCBA Phoebe. She is always there to listen, help process behaviors, collect data to strategize best goals for your kiddo/family, and always believes in you (even on the days you don’t believe in yourself). Day by day life is challenging and hard; then I look back on the last two years and our son has grown SO much. We are so thankful and blessed to have a village of supports wrapped around our son that all aid in his success but SNHS Behavior has played a very large part in that growth and success. We have worked on home ABA, daycare ABA, public ABA and we couldn’t be where we are today without Phoebes expertise. I couldn’t imagine going to a treatment facility- there would not be anywhere near the gains we have had because Phoebe has entered our home and hearts in a full wrap around way that makes a much larger impact and higher success rate. Being able to implement ABA across all of our sons environments has made all the difference. Thank you SNHS Behavior for changing our lives.
