Soaring on Hope Pediatric Therapy

This places used to be amazing about 7 years ago and now the high turn over rate the lack of administration knowledge as well as consideration for its patients they refuse to do their jobs the staff SAMMY is amazing Ms LORI AMAZING but some just allow kids to come and play on tablets and if you dare advocate your schedule gets cut I discontinued here a few years ago I returned hoping things improved it took a week for my call to be returned by a Judy who only wanted to be combative I’ve a switch form of information that is on file with Medicare as they pay the bills and approve the services however 7 minute call and time wasted with her telling me I need to obtain the providers information for an establishment my kids got evaluated at and never seen If you paid me a million right now I don’t know because they see so many doctors I can’t remember the ones that didn’t provide help so I appreciate you wasting my time today and your very unprofessional and lazy I have no desire to bring my kids back here thanks for reminding me why we left ABA is horrible also they sale you the nice side but because of your kids aggressive behaviors they go to the center in front not the one you tour and you only get feedback if your child is hurt or hurts someone or damages things outside that it’s 5 minute conversation for 8 hour day with minimal feedback and again if you inquire or advocate it’s a problem this place can’t keep employees either from front desk to the pathologists and I wonder why I’m only sad we will never see Sammy again congratulations on your baby

Administration is ridiculous. The therapist are ok.

My child's therapy was canceled indefinitely this morning because of administrative problems. I don't believe the rug should be ripped out from under any child receiving ABA therapy. Accommodations should have been made ahead of time. SOH has amazing therapist and crappy administration. I hope they don't do this to any other children in need.

Our daughter loves soaring on hope. She looks forward to therapy every week. The staff are amazing and very understanding. They take pride in there work and strive for the very best for each and every client.

Excellent place

Jessica revived my Autism Birthday Club and has made it a success! She just wants to make kiddos with autism happy around the world with a Birthday card with a surprise in it! I have Asperger’s and I send Birthday cards a LOT! I go around Tulsa looking for freebies to put in the cards and have 11 sponsors. I don’t work for her anymore but she remains a great friend. I wasn’t looking for a job when she hired me. I was retired 😂 Michelle seems to like me as a employee and I make her laugh often. I am adapting to the new ownership. Can the Autism Birthday Club survive? I hope so but media will make me more famous. May need more chapters. I am the only person on Earth sending Birthday cards to special kids.

My kiddo with Autism absolutely loves it here! He has grown and developed in ways I had not thought possible. Only fantastic experiences with speech, OT, and PT. The receptionist Jennifer has the most polite, knowledgeable and professional demeanor. This place absolutely has a great front staff, and that's a rare thing! The waiting room is spacious and clean. I never am crowded. Soaring on Hope is a diamond in the rough. Absolutely worth your time and $$$. You will not find a better place.
