SoCal Adolescent Wellness

This was a great choice for our family. They enabled a strong level of support and trust and guided our teen in the right direction. I can’t imagine what it’s like to be a teenager in this day and age. I’m glad to know that this program is available to help those who need it most.

My heart is beyond grateful for the commitment SoCal Adolescent Wellness made to our family from the very first phone call. We didn't know what to do and they patiently and expertly guided our next steps to find a therapy program perfectly suited for our child. It was evident in every interaction with this team their passion for and goal to find health, wellness, and healing for every person who comes to them. This team changed our family's life for the better.

Great facility!

My child has been in the IOP at So Cal Adolescents program for 12 weeks now and we are coming to a end this week our experience within this program has been nothing but a positive one! From admission with Kyle who is a absolute pleasure and very responsive and helpful in the admission process, to Lauren one of the therapists at the HB location. She was fantastic she was very attentive with my kiddo and had creative ways in therapy to get through to him. My kiddo really bennifftted from the smaller group setting, he has been to a few treatment facilities before and Socal I can say he has taken the most away from. He loved the music therapy and occasionally they had pet therapy as well. The times also worked well with school schedules which I really liked as a busy working parent. Also from the parents standpoint I enjoyed the Tuesday parent meetings with Sean, I like hearing parent input and learning what my teen is going through from a parent perspective. All in all we had a great experience and for the parent that is looking for help for your kiddo,please, please don't hesitate if it's not from Socal please get it somewhere!

Kyle and the team were there for us every step of the way. Making us feel comfort during a stressful time. I highly recommend turning to them for the professional help your family may need!

This is a comprehensive program with caring and knowledgeable staff. Our teen was helped through feelings of low self esteem, anxiety and depression when individual counseling wasn't working. There is also weekly support for parents. The combination of group therapy, learning different techniques for dealing with emotions and conflict, family sessions, parent classes and individual therapy and medication management all worked together to help improve our situation and our teens mental health. It seems like a lot but it's a worthwhile commitment. It was nice to feel supported!

We had a very positive experience with our daughter at SoCal Adolescent Wellness. The entire staff is supportive and helpful. The therapists use the most up-to-date and effective therapeutic approaches including music therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques. The family workshops and seminars they provided helped me feel supported as a parent. I can't recommend their services enough. If you have a teen who is struggling with mental health issues, please give them a call.

Our daughter recently completed the SoCal Adolescent Wellness Program. Not surprisingly, teenagers sometimes have a different perspective than their parents. I felt the program had an excellent curriculum that was delivered by a competent and caring staff. In listening to other parents share their experiences during the family sessions, it was clear their children were benefiting as a result of the program. Before enrolling in SoCal Adolescent Wellness, we toured a number of programs in the West LA, South Bay and Orange County areas. We believe SoCal Adolescent Wellness was the best choice and served our family well.
