Sonoran Sun Pediatric Therapy

The front desk lady was awesome but our speech therapist shouldn't be teaching children and 💯 shouldnt be left alone with one. I didnt catch her name but she is the old lady in the office. I would say elderly lady but she doesnt deserve that respect. To redirect my daughter she put her entire open hand on my daughters face multiple times, grabbed her little hands tight, brought up that back in her day only 1 in 300 kids had autism which isn't facts and she seemed to just be spewing rfks beliefs. She also had hot coffee from McDonald's and a pair of adult scissors within reach and I had to tell her about the scissors and that my daughter was about to grab the coffee. She didn't put the coffee away, she barely talked to my daughter and it was a very big waste of time and stress that my autistic toddler shouldn't have to go through. Be cautious parents and make sure you go back with the therapist because there might be more like her

Ms Sandy and Ms Kendall have both been very instrumental with progress. For the first time, I can say that there has been significant progress and improvement with speech therapy. We are super grateful for Sonoran Sun Pediatric. Their patience and knowledge has been a major blessing! Rachel has also been the best support with scheduling and administration aspect of therapy services. In addition, to her friendly and attentive demeanor, her communication has been terrific.

Terrible challenges with appointments. Therapist come out late despite when you arrive and shorten appointments. I do not recommend! My children’s were moved without letting me know twice. I was sick and missed a reschedule from a date I didn’t realize was even booked. Got an email threat due to another appointment being missed that I never had the chance to confirm before r deny because we were in the hospital. Then one of my children gets a warning letter while my other child gets a discharge letter. 2 different children with 2 different last names despite same household and same missed appointment. The only difference is one of my children appears lighter than the other. Will not return. Sent an email which was never responded to regarding our experience.

I will always recommend this place, it is amazing. Amazing staff and super friendly. I've taken 3 of my kids there, first time was back in about 2017 to now. I've seen such great improvement from each of my kids and the therapist that they've all had have been amazing.

Sonoran Sun Pediatrics is a phenomenal place to take your little kiddos! You are instantly greeted by Bonnie as soon as you walk in. My daughter has been going there for the past 10 months seeing Monique and Paul. She has had so much growth. My son also is seen there and man this kid is so shy and said 2 words Cleo has definitely changed that for him. I was recommended this place by a coworker and after trying other places I highly recommend this place for your kiddos therapy.
