Have been coming to Sora 5 years and I would highly recommend this place !

Sora Therapy Maple Grove is one of the absolute best places to bring your kids for therapy options. They offer Occupational, Speech, Feeding, Physical, and Myofunctional Therapies. Every single therapist that we have worked with over the past year and a half have been phenomenal. They care so much about each child and are supportive of following the child's lead. Therapist like these are hard to find and I am beyond grateful for all that they have done. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and truly care about each of the families they interact with. I couldn't ask for a better place for my kiddo to go for support, therapies, and all around love.

As a patient of 10 years, I am SO sad at the trajectory this company has taken. It is so poorly managed now. There are no appointments available after 3:30 p.m. You have to pay to repeat evaluations to remain on the waitlist, yet...NO appointments open up and then you fall off the wait list without warning. Suddenly, you are no longer a patient. They are unable to tell you where you are at on the waitlist...just that it "doesn't work that way". The turnover amongst the therapists is another red flag. Maple Grove scheduler was quite snippy today (though has been fine in the past so maybe a bad day?) and does not return calls as promised resulting in ANOTHER drop off the waitlist/as a patient. Not the way a family with a child with special needs trying to get help for their child should be treated. Such a bummer as well have had phenomenal therapists over the years !

We’ve had a great experience at Sora for OT and highly recommend their staff and facility to anyone needing their services!

Our first OT therapist was great, but then she left Sora. The therapy my son received after that was ok, at first. The second therapist seemed to lack patience and was eager to “graduate” my son out of OT. The last session we had was spent in the lobby with the therapist berating my son for his behavior and demanding an apology. We have been stuck with a large bill from that session as the business office has refused to submit the bill to our insurance despite my many reach outs asking that they do so.

My son saw Maddie for speech and she was amazing! She was so patient, kind, and thoughtful. She made connections with him through his interests and used those interests to motivate him to work on his sounds. If another one of my children ever needed speech services, I would go back to Maddie at Sora in a heartbeat!
