I had an appointment with Dr. Irfan Dahar at 4:00, I arrived early to check in and fill out paperwork. I checked in and sat in the waiting room. I waited for 50+ minutes. I was not given any updates whatsoever about what was happening with my appointment or what the delays were. I ultimately left and never attended my appointment because being nearly an hour late from the scheduled appointment time (potentially longer) is unacceptable when I took off work for this appointment. I understand that things happen and appointments can run over a few minutes, this was far beyond that. The office staff were kind and understanding, but the lack of communication and punctuality is ridiculous and a waste of my time.
My therapist is Kate Miller and she takes time to listen or to try and help me when I need something and it doesn't matter if I'm scheduled or not if I need to see Kate she always tries to make time to help

Dr. Dahar and his staff are super nice and very accommodating. I love visiting this office.
Dr. Klaber has been extremely helpful and is a great doctor. I recommend SOS wellness for people who are new to the Cincinnati area and looking for a psychiatrist who takes the time to care about their patients.
Catherine Miller is my doctor and I seriously could NOT imagine my life without her. She’s been honest, helpful, compassionate, kind, and the list goes on and on. I cannot rave about her enough, she saves/saved my life. As long as Catherine is practicing medicine I will ALWAYS be with her and follow her and her orders. Catherine took me into her care at a very low and high anxiety point in my life and she honestly treats me and my conditions from the heart and soul. She’s very special. 🩷
