Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Jenna sees my husband's grandfather with PPA. She is an incredibly patient, kind and hardworking therapist! He loves attending his sessions with her, and we have seen such great maintenance of his current skills. Thank you, Jenna, for all your hard work!
Always professional and prompt. Outstanding treatment and they utilize innovative therapeutic approaches.
I started bringing my daughter to this practice at around 20 months old for an early intervention speech evaluation secondary to speech delay. The owner was very thorough in her evaluation and knowledgeable about the process to get my daughter the services she needed. Ownership continued working with us as the ongoing service coordinator for early intervention and my daughter attended speech therapy at this practice for just over a year. During that time, my schedule as a working mother was repeatedly criticized by ownership- a schedule I was upfront about before we even began the evaluation process and I was assured by ownership that it would not be a problem. Statements such as "your schedule is just so hard to deal with" were made on several occasions. I gave full disclosure on what my availability would be the very first time I spoke to ownership on the phone and kept true to what I told her. If this was going to be a problem, I should have been told to look elsewhere. My concerns regarding my daughter's progress were repeatedly dismissed. During a team meeting ownership actually told the county representative that my daughter wasn't reaching her potential because she was irregular in attendance for speech therapy. This couldn't be further from the truth. We had missed speech a small handful of times in the past year and there was such limited availability for make-up classes. But of course, ownership blamed this on me and my "difficult schedule." In my opinion, ego is a huge factor in this equation (just take a look at the "about us" section on the website). I was never looking to blame any of my daughter's problems or lack of progress on anyone who was trying to help us and I certainly didn't expect this experience. If you are a working parent, I encourage you to consider another practice. It’s not wasted on me that the parents in the community that have recommended this practice to me have at least one parent stay at home. We were now one year out from discontinuing services with this practice and I can happily say that thanks to my own insistence on a center based preschool, my daughter is thriving and progressing at an impressive rate.
Very patient and a delight to deal with
