The recruiting and onboarding department, specifically Candice from onboarding, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and no one from other departments ever pick up the phone when you need help. They can't even help you through their intensive, poorly planned/formatted onboarding portal where they ask for over 15-20 documents (which are not easily accessible) including medical records and sensitive, private info, make you sign up for 100 different portals, and not only that Candice would BLOW UP MY PHONE rushing to get this done. But would never actually assist or accommodate in any capacity. When I asked for more time to complete onboarding, she pulled my application and offer entirely. I have been working jobs my whole life and have never experienced something as unprofessional/unorganized as CSD, and I hadn't even been paid yet or started training yet and its already horrible. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.

If I could give this organization zero stars I would. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism, respect, and consistency. Do not go through the trauma of bringing your child or your family here. My child was discriminated against. I was told complete lies about my childs experience in this program. How does racism show up in medical records? This organization is the definition. Save yourself, better yet save your child from months, weeks, days, and hours of harm an trauma. You would think a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) would be held to a degree of accountability, integrity and professionalism. It does no good to talk to the Regional Director she's entitled and extremely condescending. This organization is trash! I am now trying to explain to my 9 y/o son with ASD why his SSG (social skills group tossed him away like he was nothing) Trauma, discrimination, pain, waisted valuable, resources, and insurance payments. Seeking civil rights legal counsel currently. In addition to finding the support my child needs. I am disgusted.

When you first come in, they act very nice and welcoming. But once they realize they can’t handle your child, their attitude completely changes — they become extremely rude and push you out. The managers and supervisors don’t step in at all and just ignore what’s happening. Stay away, especially from Lauren Durfey.
