Every time I call up there no one answers the phone but when they do they're rude and disrespectful. I only know one worker up there that is respectful and nice to talk to and very helpful with all the patients. I called 8 time today and just got threw to someone

I called for my son evaluation results and was hung up on and brushed off like it wasn't in the system. I kept calling and when I provided names of directors all of a sudden my son record was there all along. The medical records or HIM didn't want to try to look. I'm disappointed in the employee's behavior but the therapist are amazing.

If you have a 'problem' that needs to be addressed ASAP example getting medication refilled due to a unexpected trip EVERYONE WHO ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE WILL TRANSFER YOU TO A FULL MAIL BOX THEN HANG UP OR JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD TILL IT HANGS YOU UP OR TRANSFER YOU TO DEAD AIR AND HANG UP. In my case this is exactly what happened and since its an emergency its made this extreme stressful situation horrific and I still have not gotten my meds sent where I am going. I quit going there last year for the unprofessional attitude of the apn or whatever she was, I thought she was a Dr. I suppose I should have not returned to this mental health facility It has only put me over the edge.

I have been going here for several years. Mrs. Reel is my psychiatrist. She’s terrific and has worked with me on several issues I’ve gone thru. I’ve explained to her that I’d like to have something to help me calm down and make dealing with my boyfriend easier. She was kind enough to help me out. I’m eternally grateful and she’s very, very easy to talk to. My therapist, Mrs. Walker is great also. I definitely feel I’ve hit the jackpot with these too. If Mrs. Walker discovered a problem she contacts Mrs. Reel. And if Mrs. Reel finds a problem, she’ll contact Mrs. Walker. I have been very pleased with this agency. They’ve greatly helped me with several life problems and help with solutions. I would recommend this agency to anyone. Also, during the Covid pandemic, both we’re willing to make calls to follow up my progress and keep my medication filled, which was terrific.
