Parents: just do not even start with this place. Wish we never did (years ago) and now it’s too late :(

I understand that trying to get in is a hassle. But it's known that the wait list is long due to the little.amount of staff and how much clients in various levels they've taken on. The company like many others has a turnover left right and sideways. Now why the 5 stars. It's because with the waiting for days, we got my daughter tested several weeks later because they were trying to be thorough. There are Way too many people gaming having Autism because they want the financial benefits. They'll take that handout but they won't take other help that should be mandatory. Before my daughter was officially diagnosed, she had to go see a urologist. The staff wanted to ween out other potential issues caused by my child's constant constipation. It also helped because it got the help my child needed more of to help understand what is and could happen to her. That in itself is for a different conversation on a different platform. Once my daughter was made official, she got placed in a level.2. She is a medium. She is between rain man and Sheldon Cooper. Immediately we had an ABA worker Ally came by every week to help my child then she came every two weeks then once a month ( she only came by twice during the 'once a month's but she is super busy and it's completely understandably so). Before Ally began to ween out, she got Gretchen to take over. My child loved Gretchen even though some outbursts from my child says otherwise. Before Gretchen left, she got Whitney that my kids Love. Whitney right now checks up on my child's school progress and she is doing ABA training and she is getting herself certified to do more tasks within the company. She is doing parent training on Wednesdays. She is helping myself and my children's dad to get ourselves certified so we can be our child's specialists for both occupational and with habitation. Companies who tried to work with my child lacked staff so we are doing it ourselves. Now with the program that my child is in states that she won't be there forever so that's why it's crucial for the parent training. In these reviews I read, a lot of these people assume the company does two different things and I swear they're confused as to who and what they're discussing. One person discussed medication and how the person ran out. The only way that can get fixed is set up to have an automatic refill and to call the receptionist and see what can be done. The other review about calling the office while in the waiting room as a "test" didn't prove anything . The story can be made up and the other person who said that their family member has no home and blames the company for i t is just looking for an excuse and a cop-out. The company isn't intended for that. That is something that should've been discussed with many others such as personal care provider and also a Department of economic security worker too. Plus that person mentioned it was dealing with drugs and it's not what this company is about. Far from it.

Good luck getting an appointment here. They tell you to call at 8am but they don’t answer their phones at 8am. If you do not repeatedly call them and wait for their system to turn on YOU WILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT. Their appointment reminders that they call you with could have inaccurate information, like in my case where my appointment was for 8:40. I had 8:40 written down, but their appointment call reminder told me 9:40. I did not get this confused it is very clear 9:40, I even get the voicemail written messages. I check 5 times to make sure. There was no way to call them at night when I saw this message and there was no way to call them before my appointment time because of their high volume calls in the morning. The medication they put my son on is not working and I NEED to be seen. Their solution is to have me and my child who has adhd sit here all day and wait to see when she has an available time between appointments. While I am grateful that they are trying to fit my son in, I can not go get food. I can not go to get my son’s iPad to keep him entertained. We have to sit here all day. I feel helpless because he needs to be seen. They also had to fit my son in for his first appointment because their call systems are so messed up in terms of making appointments. I am grateful to be fit in, but these circumstances are not okay and I know they will not fit everyone in like this. I don’t know how anyone else can manage to get appointments under these conditions.
