Harassed me, bullied me for my weight and asked me disgusting questions about my personal life as if they were docters

Posting a follow up review. On November 25th, I called and canceled all of my son's appointments with Southwest south the exception of his medication reviews. The reason for this was because of the wildly unprofessional games that were being played. I also communicated this with the juvenile probation department. On December 2, my son's case manager, Natalina, went forward with a CFT that had been previously scheduled, BUT CANCELED. I received an email about 20 minutes after what would have been the scheduled time of appointment asking me why I did not appear, then proceeded to tell me in this email that she had spent about 10 minutes on the phone with my son's probation officer, "discussing his treatment going forward" after I had EXPLICITLY expressed my desire to no longer do business with this company. Granted, there's a lot of details missing here. But long story short, I have been fighting to get my son out of detention for 4 months now due to mental health concerns, and it seems that Southwest Behavioral Health has teamed up with the juvenile probation department to create a story that shows that I am unfit to care for my son's mental health needs. I am now facing the possibility of watching my son get shipped off to yet ANOTHER facility, while I have spent the list several months completely rearranging my life to accommodate his needs. I've had a DCS report against me for not providing meds. Why? Lack of communication. From Southwest. If you are looking to drop your child off in the system and move on with your life, Southwest Behavioral Health will definitely help get you there. But... if you are a parent who is committed to staying present in your child's treatment, this isn't the place for you.

I agree that the office staff are incredibly kind. No question. But they would have to be... this company is so disorganized it's appalling. I received a DCS report against ME as a direct result of their lack of communications in handling my son's medications. Needless to say, I will be seeking services elsewhere immediately. But yes, the office staff... top notch.

The best in town, never go to the other unnamed place. These people here care,I highly recommend them. I would use them again if I was ever in crisis mode.

I was always too proud to get help now. I’m gonna let that pride shift Gears …I want everybody to know it’s OK to get help. after my last ridiculous break up that you guys have to listen to all the time.. I checked myself into Southwest behavioral services, and started my journey of healing from the things that I could not control and the things that I could. my life was a hot mess from extreme childhood trauma .. addiction and heartbreak.. I sure as hell didn’t end the cycle and reached out for help I wanna publicly thank some people, but I don’t know how they feel about their names being out there so I wanna thank R - R- J - L - you ladies are my angels . On a random afternoon, I decided I need to get help and these women were extremely busy at their job and they stopped everything they were doing when they saw my face . I want to thank you ladies for recognizing where I was at and I want to thank you for saving my life.

There must be all new staff. My adult daughter has been trying to get her Latuda refilled. She keeps getting the run around....talking with so many different people....she is on her second day without her meds! She has a doctor appointment in July 1. She cannot go that long. NO ONE IS HELPING HER. Plus, the doctor she will be seeing is new. This will make the third doctor she has been assigned to her in two years. Never has she been so badly treated. Update: Lori-Nurse called and she was OUTSTANDING! She listened and solved the problem. SHE was able to get my daughter's meds. SHE even rescheduled my daughter's appointment to an earlier date, June 26. Thank You, Lori! Too bad the rest of the staff and Albertsons Pharmacy did not listen to my daughter!

I highly recommend going here . The staff is friendly. They offer a lot of different groups . I've been to a few mental health places and hands down Southwest behavioral is the best place.
