Have had 3 separate 0 star interactions with their employees. Two of their male staff called me names ( the dr diagnosed me w DID and they kept snickering at me I was a fake claimer...which didnt even make sense to me at the time bc i didnt know what DID was),a girl didn't let me wash my hands when the sink to my room was broken and snirked at me like she was enjoying her power trip to not let me use a sink w soap(next day i was offered hand sanitizer once in replacement..they had sinks they just were having fun), and Rose literally hissed arent you glad you chose this unit when she woke me my first morning there. They try to rage bait you and treat you inhumane. I will never let my family go here for any reason. Plus they lied and told me my medical card was active when it wasn't so I was billed for being treated that way. They drug u w meds that make u feel like death and laugh at your pain. Highly don't recommend for anyone who has any mental or behavioral health concerns.

We have been utilizing their services for a short time but couldn’t be happier. Everyone has been very kind and professional.

This location has been the absolute best behavioral health I’ve ever recieved. Every single staff member is kind, non-judgmental, helpful, caring, and honest. Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare saved my life and has also changed my life for the better. I would recommend this mental healthcare facility to anyone. Thank you to Wendy, Allison, Dion, Alicia, Leslie, and Hailey. I appreciate every single one of you for what you’ve helped me overcome.

Edit: Just got a letter in my mail, they are billing me 100 dollars for running my insurance to tell me they are so understaffed they are unable to treat me within a year. Avoid if at all possible. I'm sure the practitioners here are good and decent people but these Southwestern Facilities themselves are straight up designed to bill your insurance as much as possible before you are given any help. One specialist will refer you to another, and then this specialist will refer you to another, and then this specialist will refer you to another and FINALLY, in several months you can begin your treatment. Thank God there's not a mental health crisis in America right now! Again, the people who work here are lovely and I'm sure their hands are tied in making these kinds of decisions. These facilities are not. Avoid if you have any urgent mental health issues.

I have used this office for 25 year's and Dr. Evans-Robinson is an amazing psychiatrist. Very knowledgeable and caring. The only issue I have is my child is in therapy here and everytime she gets comfortable with a therapist, they switch her to someone else. I understand people move on but she is getting absolutely nothing out of the therapy here. Very disappointed but she's had about 7 different one's in a 6 year span. I'd recommend a more stable therapist somewhere else.

Ok here we go, I have read the horrible content that has been posted. Judgemental and criticism is not what we learn here. We learn to work together to help each other get past our trauma and depression. Yes, the woman here can be a hot mess at times, and the building is small. So what! As long as we continue to work together at the groups and therapy, we all here are getting better. Personally I don't know a single woman that isn't a hot mess these days and that goes for the ones in therapy and being therapists. Granted you have your opinions and are entitled to your feelings being validated. Please the women here are good people and deserve to not be judge because they get sick and can't come in, or they have vacation time saved up and would like to take a break from helping others, and having some me time for themselves. Dialectical Behavior Therapy works, but it is NOT an overnight fix! Sometimes it takes repeating the therapy until you learn to incorporate it into your daily lives. I know this from experience. So everyone if you are looking for help from good people and others in a group setting, that will work to together with you. Come here, we are like family here. We don't judge.
