Ever since Dr Lesaca left it's gone down hill. Doesn't seem like they have one set psychiatrist anymore.

My doctor retired and the doctor(thuppal) who over prescribed me trazadone (a sleeping medication) when I was a kid was telling me the most rude comments about Dr lecesa, I have been going here for 14 years. I switched doctors due to my past as a kid and him not listening to me, I found Lecesa to be a caring, understanding and knowledgeable person, he would genuinely talk to his clients. After Dr lecesa had just changed my medication three months prior to him leaving, which I found it to be helpful given my diagnosis and mindset, Dr thuppal was trying to cancel my appointment but I needed to see him for refill… I left work early and flew to the last appointment he had cause I cried and I was about to send myself to the hospital so “he squeezed me in”.. he didn’t even ask me ONE question before trying to switch all of my medication around. This is dangerously bad practice. I now have been fighting for three months to find a new doctor and can’t. So I’m hoping I don’t end up in a hospital. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore and his comments about Dr lecesa … giving me his information of where he moved jobs too seems a bit illegal ? I don’t even trust them with my records at this point since that. So take this information as you please, a warning.

My doctor retired, so because the main doctor eas on a year or so. He is on vacation again. And wont help me with my medicine. It's July 28 and mr appt is September1. Awful. demeaning most tide. This saddens me because I was a patient there for several years. When they lost my psychiatrist, Dr. Lesaca, the level of care plummeted. This is what happened to me. It's a little embarrassing but I need to let it be known. The nurse practitioner, Deb, changed my medication and when I had seriously bad side effects (numb in the face, dizzy, nauseous, anxious and having intrusive thoughts) I called worried. I was told she'd call me back, days went by and she didn't. I had to call again because it got so bad I wanted to end it all which I expressed to the secretary. I was brushed off. They told me she'd call me back, again, she didn't. I ended up in the hospital because of this. I asked while I was in the hospital if I could see a different provider and because of this they discharged me while I was in the hospital without my knowledge. I showed up for my next appointment and they told me I didn't have one. While I was in the office, the women in the office were talking about my personal business with each other and loud enough for people in the waiting room to hear. I couldn't believe it. When I asked to speak to a higher up, they gave me a wrong number. At this point, I'd suggest you try anywhere before here. They lack compassion and your information isn't safe there. If this review helps one person from going through this, it was worth it.

Seen Deb twice now and I can't say enough amazing things. Straight shooter, doesn't dumb things down (but will explain very thoroughly when asked) and just an overall joy. 12 years of mental health struggles and in less than a month I've felt better than with 6 other providers. Like I said, can't sing the praises high enough!

This is a “for profit” business. Primary example of greed over patient care. This facility is set up for the well insured. Don’t even waste your time calling if you don’t have insurance. They are robber barons, overcharging for care, and making care more inaccessible. It takes multiple visits over several weeks just to get the medication you probably urgently need. This for profit clinic wants only patient that can bring their insurers money, they rip off the insurance companies too. They have no desire to help people, it’s all about making money for them .

I would never want to fly with anyone else. I just wish that they were big in international too. They'll get there💛❤️💙

My son sees Dr. Lesaca for medication management. He is wonderful. Dr. Lesaca was able to get on my sons level and help him understand the way his brain functions and works. He is thorough and has a great understanding of psychiatric medication, specifically with children. He communicates very well with children and is very compassionate. I always recommend him to other parents.

Wrap around Services behavior therapy We have used this company for the past several years for my Granddaughter. Therapists are very strong and Good at working with us as my Granddaughter ages up

Very unhappy with the care our child has received. Shuffling around of therapists has only exacerbated the abandonment issues we took him there to get help with. No complaints about the group therapy but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for individual care.
