This program has been wonderful for our family. The communication from staff is professional and timely. The program supports and advocates for all families in the area and will work diligently and tirelessly to make all child care locations the best they can be. Summer programs are fun and interactive as well.
When you have a staff member who decides to just run her mouth in an entirely unprofessional way, denegrating other workers not quite under her breath, and without a genuine safety concern, you make someone wonder how often she decides to just turn that attitude towards the children. If she's that undisciplined, you don't do yourselves any favors allowing her to represent your business in public. I'd give you her name if I knew it, but wasn't able to find out. Updated 8/7 (+3) Despite not having a solid line of communication to raise this concern, the director took the time to reach out to ask some clarifying questions. Could have written me off as a outlier or baseless, but taking the time here shows a dedication to the safety and health of the children in their care, which certainly overshadows the actions of one.
