Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Extremely Unprofessional and Disruptive We were explicitly asked to give one month’s notice if our son would be traveling. We followed their policy exactly and gave the full one-month notice as requested. Despite this, on the very next scheduled therapy day, Eva called and suddenly claimed our son needed another evaluation before he could resume services—something that was never mentioned before and came completely out of nowhere. Shortly after, she called again with a different explanation, saying the therapist had been reassigned to another child. Because of this poor handling and lack of transparency, my son is now forced to stay home for an entire month before his trip, losing essential therapy time through no fault of ours. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, consistency, and respect for families who follow the rules and plan ahead. Policies should not change overnight, and families should not be punished for doing exactly what they were told to do. I would not recommend this provider to parents who value reliability, honesty, and continuity of care.
Excellent customer service. Great dedicated and highly professional staff. My grandson has thrived tremendously from attending their Landover facility.
i wish that i could give zero stars. My 3 kids went here for a few months and it was nothing but a chaotic environment with helpless Directors and uneducated, unfriendly BCBAs. They went to the lengths of refusing to give my non verbal child her only source of communication back when discharging the clinic.
Making the decision to register my son for ABA was a tough one and with learning the prior stigmas of general ABA therapies, I was torn. Long story short, we ended up here at SPARKS. With that being said, John and Georgia did a great job in making sure my partner and I felt comfortable with the decision of leaving our child there for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. After seeing the positive results in our son, we knew we’ve made a solid decision with letting him stay at SPARKS. He’s forged positive relationships with friends and BTs, they worked on the potty training, feeding therapy, launchpad (kindergarten prep), and behavior analysis. We are truly confident knowing that the team at SPARKs Learning Center in Landover, MD has prepared our son for kindergarten. The team kept us in the loop on a consistent basis, letting us know what they were working on with our son. My son really loves Camoni and Dani and I’m grateful for their patience with him. I would recommend SPARKS time and time again.
Everyone is really sweet, communicative, goal oriented and committed to their jobs. My child loves it here.
