Seems to be a nice place. I like my therapist. She actually listens to me, not like the previous therapist at another facility.
Waited 2 months to get in. They kept stringing along. And then say they don't have time to diagnose. Tell you to wait weeks for an answer call multiple times and they don't have the courtesy to even call you back and let you know oh no we don't have time to diagnose right now. It would take just a second to call or even just leave a message but they said but you can come for therapy why would you come for therapy if you haven't been diagnosed....
Tried to get my son in there waited 2 1/2 months for an appointment only to be called to reschedule that appointment sad because obviously he needs to talk to a therapist and they just keep pushing you off made him feel like he dont matter
i’ve been going here for about 2 or 3 years. my first therapist was awful! she didn’t follow the patient therapist protocall of it being private and would always tell my guardian if she asked. my new therapist is wonderful! she’s very nice.
Been going for a few years now, the staff are lovely and have helped me get through a lot
You know these are people, right? I was a foster parent for 14 years. Many of our kids needed therapy. These Psychologist and Psychiatrist are professional, but they are down to earth. They don't act like they are better than you. They get down on the kids level, sometimes literally on the floor with them. They take kids and adults. Sometimes they have to be unprofessional to get to the root problem facing the child or adult. Shout out to Sherri Villers and Mary Longmore Gable, thank you, you are awesome.
