Brandie takes the time to work with you to find what truly works for your body, rather than simply promoting general movements. She inspires you not only during physical therapy sessions but also to continue working for yourself outside of them. I spent over a year in PT, and Brandie was a tremendous source of support, a big reason I kept showing up for myself. Physical therapy is challenging and requires real effort, but Brandie consistently reminded me of my “why,” and that made all the difference.

Two years ago I had a full replacement of my left shoulder. Three months later I had full replacement of my right shoulder. Brandie was my therapist for both. The progress was remarkable! Three months after my second surgery I was 95% on both shoulders. Today I have 100% usability of both shoulders. If not for Brandie I would not have been able to get both shoulders done within three months of each other nor do I think I would have this much range and success of my new shoulders. I have recommended Brandie to several and the satisfaction is consistent.

I have been seeing medical providers of all kinds for injuries caused in a car accident 6 years ago. I am writing this review because one physical therapist stands out and consistently helps me with back, rib, and neck pain. Her name is Brandie Rainboth and she practices at Spearfish Physical Therapy. She is easy to talk to and is a good listener. I find her to be intuitive and skilled with her assessment and treatment. She is able to release painful tight areas and align my bones to feel "open" instead of rigid, sore, burning, etc. After the manual help is given, she monitors home care exercises which have kept me more flexible and comfortable between visits. I would strongly recommend Brandie Rainboth for any physical wellness needs you have. It's easy to see why she was the physical therapist of the year in South Dakota! Zana
