Spec Ops Security

This company is absolutely professional and caring, no matter what the obstacle is they always seem to stay professional and do their job is integrity and honor. I am a prior law-enforcement officer from out of state and seen security officers like these fine gentlemen and ladies is really reassuring when your family and I are out shopping and using the facilities to conduct business knowing that they are there to keep watch so we don’t have to enter there for our safety.

Update November 15, 2025 -- Things are much better. Thank you. August 20th - Sgt discussed situation with me and it looks like things will improve. I will update further if anything occurs. August 18th @ 8p --Absolutely awful! Get your act together and stop harassing employees that work at Springdale (there are many employees that have dealt with it and most stores are extremely upset), customers and the local community simply walking through that aren't causing an issue. You always talk about loitering, but there isn't too much signage around the area. It's humiliating to get treated like an actual criminal. You guys should be able to distinguish between the employee who cleans the parking lot and runs errands for other businesses versus someone causing issues. Kinda weird to overlook the criminals, but go after the disabled guy literally before I even sit down sometimes. Whoever is in the lifted truck with lights, saw me sitting down and immediately told me to move on. You don't bother asking questions or anything and you've already threatened legal action against me! I'm disabled and I work at Pizza Hut. I expect someone to come talk to me tomorrow, but I prefer it to be civil. Oh, the number I was given previously for dispatch is not working. So you tell me to contact directly if I have an issue, but I shouldn't have to! And what about children with the major while at work? That seems a little dangerous. Have a wonderful day! (July 14th) - Security tells me my review is damaging the company's finances and they considered legal action against my truthful review. Maybe handle it a bit differently??? I'm kind of tired of hearing excuses and more threats instead of action. (Updated July 2nd) - as soon as I arrive at the shopping center, a younger officer yelled to me, "Hey, trash man, you can't be sitting", as I'm just walking and beginning to pick up trash.... So I'm not allowed to sit for any reason??? In the heat of Oklahoma, not in anyone's way, with permission of the employees as well. (July 1st, 2025) This is ridiculous! 5th time or something so far? New officer approached me about 30 minutes ago stating I cannot sit outside to rest a moment, even though he saw me cleaning the parking lot and all... and I am disabled so it's pretty awful to just assume that I'm loitering. Even the store employee of the business were in front of was trying to tell him I work for everyone in the center and they said I could rest whenever. But the officer kept saying he wasn't going to trespass me??? What is the deal here!!???? I'm letting every business here know what is going on. (Previously) Horrendous service and training. You need to contact the people who work at the Springdale Shopping Center at Pine & Lewis. I clean the parking lot there and your new employees harass me after watching me clean and help people. Pizza Hut has had multiple discussions with your company and yet, today it happened again. Fix your stuff! 😡

Wonderful company ,security is so helpfull,they're there immediately when you need help,springdale shopping center is safe now ,was full of druggies and homeless causing problems,this company has cleaned it up ,they have done a awsome job !, if you need a great security company, this is the one !

Absolutely ridiculous one of your officer has been kicking paying customers off Springdale shopping center property and today he almost got my husband arrested just for buying headphones trespassing us when we just sat down in the 33 years I've lived here I've never had that happen ever and then tell my husband you can do whatever you want and calling my husband outside his name people are losing money because of this man something needs to be done

Most nice and caring company I have ever dealt with. They get stuff done in a fast timely manner. They are responsible and very friendly. If you have a question or a problem they will help you. Sgt. Luthy and Sgt. Ricky are my favorite so far. Just the way they talk to residence is really cool. They show respect when talking and show friendly behavior. When dealing with homeless people they show them respect and try to help them. SPEC OPS SECURITY FOR LIFE!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
