I called once and got through to a woman who told me their facilities were all MAT programs and if meds were prescribed by your Dr. you could take them, yet I've been given the run around by co-occuring and my counselor at coffee county mental health said he has NEVER had to do so many referrals and assessments just for a person to get into rehab. a couple of weeks ago I tried to call spectracare back and was asked 50 questions about why I was calling and when they put me on hold to put me through to someone; it rang several times and they picked up and hung up. my gut tells me since they're all state run agencies they're in bed with DHR - who doesn't want me to get in a facility so I'll lose custody of my daughter. Dale,Pike counties have already been sued for falsifying drug screens so they could get the bonus when they placed a child in a foster home. Most likely happening in coffee county too.

They really helped me when I needed some one I give them all the way good gridet and now I'm in a program and I love this program but just remember to all the older people that used to be in Spector care and older staff y'all just mad cause you all can't get away with anything like y'all used to that because the older staff and the older director was letting you get away with the stuff you was getting away with but cause what you got your match this time because I'm in the system and oh by the way y'all enjoy your life we're y'all doing bye for now

Good place for treatment at ICP. They still don't diagnose right as I heard they tried to diagnose me with BPD again (which I don't have cmon I feel literally only two emotions) but I appreciate ICP because they stopped me from doing things that were harmful to me. 3 stars for therapy outpatient (it's ok) typical validating therapist.

My experience with Spectracare isn't good!!?!!? They don't have a real Dr. They have nobody that will even call in the medicine after the Dr. Prescribed it!??? So 2 days in and and out of their to get to see a Dr. And still no meds no help at all!!??

I'm just starting in the IOP program with Spectracare and am so grateful for the counseling, therapy, and groups. Alicia the substance abuse counselor is amazing. I met with her and by the end of my visit she had my treatment plan started and I've never been happier. Not only did she listen to me and give great feedback, she is compassionate and just made me feel at ease and excited about treatment, not just substance abuse, it's trauma, and so much more. I'm excited about my journey and hope this helps others. .

Thrown out like trash several hours from home on Veterans Day (happen to be a veteran). No way home. Told that they taking my check anyway. Severely understaffed. My phone n wallet thrown in closet accessible to anyone with key instead of safe. False witnessing. Blank check taken without receipt. Women watching over men’s side whilst men watching over women’s side. Nearly falling down unto floor from exhaustion whilst being forced feed their ‘philosophical’ banter. The plus side. Staff was accommodating(if find someone) and meals were great. Breaks every hour.
