This is where I went wrong, I didn’t read the reviews prior to calling them. This review is based on my experience with the receptionist! As I attempted to make an appointment and asked for clarification on the non refundable deposit, she “huffed and puffed”. I asked if this deposit could be applied to my co-pay. She was highly annoyed and rude in her reply “I am going to tell you one more time this can be used in which ever way you want”. When I said well the deposit is more then what my co-pay would be and asked would the difference be returned to me?, she proceed to be rude and condescending saying“ma’am I am not sure what you’re asking?!”. My question was very clear & precise. The fact that I asked questions above her pay-grade was an annoyance to her, and she made that very clear. Words to the therapist at this facility, get new staff that actually know how to communicate with ppl and are skilled in customer service. Ppl calling your establishment are already in high stress situations they don’t need to be met by your combative, ill-mannered staff!

I stuck with them for a few months and All they ever did was dump prescriptions on me without going over side effects, no matter how much I tried to push to have that conversation.

He is the WORST psychiatrist I have ever encountered. My son is a teenager and autistic and this man was rude, told my son we would send him away if he continued misbehaving and had no idea what he was doing when he prescribed him medication. I’m surprised no one has taken his license away.

Unfortunately the people who work for this amazing doctor puts his practice to shame. Always trying to say there is an outstanding balance. Until you prove with your own records that there was payment made. There rude and short with you on the phone. I’ve stopped going there due to his staff. And it’s to bad he is a good doctor. I could go on into detailed experiences but no time.

Don't walk... RUN AWAY from this practice. Not only is the doctor terrible. The staff is the worst you will ever deal with in your life. Their billing practices are to not submit to your insurance, take your co-pay fraudulently and then try to balance bill you. The amount of patients exiting this practice due to Tanesha is astounding. She will pull up billing from 3 years ago, claim you still owe, when you provide copies of receipts showing you paid... she will balance bill you for additional charges and threaten to call the police on you and send you to collections. I am not even talking about my own case... she violates HIPPA by talking about other clients in front of the whole office. I have had to have my insurance call the office and threaten to cancel their contract with them over the issues and Tanesha just refuses to speak to my insurance company. NOT WORTH IT. We left the practice along with many others. Save yourself the headaches.
