My therapist, Susan Ratliff, is wonderful. She listens and helps me so much!

I walked in to inquire what insurance was accepted. The lady at front desk looked at me oddly, as if I was out of place, I wasn’t greeted cordially & was stared at as if I was not supposed to be there. I was hastily offered the phone number to another facility but upon reviewing it online, it offered no services that I was seeking..First impressions are lasting impressions so this was overwhelming disappointing, especially considering why I walked in seeking assistance in the first place.

Everyone here was so welcoming and nice! They did an amazing job of explaining each test to me afterwards so that I could fully understand how each exercise helped in identifying a diagnosis. Dr. Spinks was amazing! super friendly and efficient. I really felt like they took me seriously and listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, with some of the best people! They helped get my grandson the help he needed. They were a blessing to my family!

I highly recommend my daughter's therapist Susan Ratliff. She has been a wonderful therapist for my special needs child. She is extremely kind and professional and has been a very positive influence in our lives. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional - always helpful and smiling. Our experience at Spectrum is definitely a five star experience!

We love it here! The staff is professional and kind to us every time we come in. They do their best to accommodate our needs to the best of their ability. They even make it easy to change or cancel an appointment. Susan is great and she is understanding and helpful to a teen and a parent.

We were recently diagnosed by Dr Bresette. During the consultation she said if we needed any referrals regarding occupational or speech therapy just let her office know. Today I called and the receptionist was very hateful. Normally I’d mark it up to a bad day, however after being at the office for several appointments, she has been very hateful/unprofessional to me as well as I’ve heard her being this way with other patients. You would think in an office that deals with mental wellness the receptionist, the first impression you encounter within this office, would be at the least nice, tolerable, decent at speaking with patient family’s. She definitely isn’t. I encourage her, the receptionist, to seek mental wellness.
