Giving two stars because my actual providers are great, but the “front desk” is an absolute joke. (It’s not actually a front desk, it’s an outsourced call center in Afghanistan) I repeatedly have issues with getting my medication refilled and often have gone without it for several days, which is unacceptable. They say they send a request to my provider and it will be filled within 24-48 hours, but that is a flat out lie. Do better. People cannot go without their medication for that long (or really at all).

Good Psychiatrists & Psych NP’s. Very helpful and understanding and work with the patient the best they can (which their best is excellent). With SNBCARE I actually feel like a patient and not just a number on a chart. They listen to you and don’t just push their ‘opinion’ on you (I’ve seen many psych’s do this or act skeptical towards the patient, etc.), I’ve been treated with respect and understanding which is refreshing. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I was very disappointed with my experience here for medication management. My provider was consistently 15+ minutes late, only to meet for 5 minutes and bill for longer appointments. My provider's approach felt standardized, without taking my unique experiences into account. Would tell anyone to avoid.
It's a very therapeutic environment getting TMS therapy. The staff are wonderful! Very warm and friendly!
