I had to pick up equipment to do a sleep apnea test at home. The process was fairly easy.

This is my 2nd time doing a sleep study at this location. The first time was okay, kind of felt rushed and the employee that was taking care of me seemed annoyed when I needed to use the restroom. My sticker patches kept falling off and the nose piece was just dangling from my nose. I did not sleep comfortably at all which is why I had to do this a 2nd time. The 2nd time was so much better. The employer e taking care of me this time was talking to me during the whole set up, she was gentle, she tightened the nose piece so it couldn’t fall off. Even the wires connected to my sockets, were tighter. I didn’t feel like I was dragging around anything when needing to use the restroom. She showed me how to elevate the bed (which I was not informed about the first visit), and she even brought in a little desktop fan because I was having a bad hot flash. She was so attentive and calm and patient with the whole process. I slept way better this time. Thank you Melissa!! The facility is clean, easy to locate where you need to go, quite (nobody was disturbing other patients), and just amazing overall. Photos are from both visits. You can easily see the difference between both visits and how different the comfortably was.

I was A patient in the UW rockford sleep lab. It was comfortable quiet. The staff was very professional and helpful. I’d recommend it to anybody needing assessment and a sleep lab.

The technician that took care of me was very personable, answering all my questions, making sure I was comfortable and just a few steps away to meet my immediate needs. The whole experience was well worth it!

Bailey OT is absolutely wonderful with our son. She has helped him greatly over the past 11 weeks. She is such a great asset to UW health!

Most professional. I was really impressed with Kay and her ability to make me comfortable. Not something I'd I like to do again. But she made it all right. Clean comfy bed . very nice
