The staff and therapists at Speech and Beyond are amazing! The office helped answer any questions I had about insurance and was always available to answer any questions I had no matter how busy they are! Highly recommend!!!

The communication is poor. They have a text line but they dont respond until mere minutes before appointment. Considering many of our kiddos are nuerodivergent and can have last minute changes this is very unprofessional. We missed an evaluation by 2 minutes. They took 0 accountability for not being available an entire hour to no avail. I find it unprofessional and im weary about longstanding services.
