Does not treat their employees or clients well. Go to another clinic PLEASE.

As stated in a previous post, this company isn’t passionate about their job. It takes them so long to get in contact with you after the evaluation. They always have a complaint or assumption and always trying to diagnose someone’s child with ASD. On top of that they complain about everything, from a fussy child, to a mosquito bite, they violated confidentiality rights multiple times. And when I address the concerns with the speech therapist she blocked my number. I have reached out to the company manager on multiple occasions and never received a response. I wouldn’t recommend a parrot in need of speech to this place as it is full of uneducated individuals who need to have a broader approach besides ASD.

They were nice the initial assessment, however, it’s been six weeks and have not been contacted for my sons follow up appointment. I’ve called 5 times and have been told I’ll be called back, and nothing. My 4 year old sons speech improvement is very important to me, and it looks like you guys just don’t care. I’ve changed my son speech therapy location, praying that things will be better at this next location. If you guys take this long to help children, then maybe you should lighten the load and save parents and children a lot of wasted time.

The person evaluating my son made a lot of assumptions, tried to diagnose him with ASD, and also told me he will never talk….After meeting him for 30 minutes, we will NEVER be back. We will find a company with compassion and love that wants to see children thrive and continue to learn.

My son started speech a fews months ago with Speech Connection, and I am extremely pleased with the love and support he has received. He looks forward to his therapy with Lanita each week. Not only is she an excellent therapist, but the love and support she shows to him, is amazing!! Thanks Speech Connection and Mrs. Hampton !!

My niece was evaluated for services on January 2nd, 2018. She has yet to begin speech services with Speech Connections. No one in the office knows what is going on, and they continue to give the run around when you call. Notice, I said when you call because they do not contact you about anything. It had been a month so I reached out to the therapist to see how her sessions were going. I reached out because there were not any progress notes being left behind at the daycare. Apparently, my niece needed to be seen by the doctor before the office would approve the sessions. I’ve never heard of that before, but luckily she had went the day before I learned this information. It is now the end of February and my niece still is not in speech and sadly, she needs it. There are not many options in the area and she received speech before we moved here without the red tape and hassles.
